Larsen's Art n Sign Studio, 98 Williams Street, Kaiapoi over the weekend of

Friday 10 October - Sunday 12 October.

Join us and industry experts 

• Gilding, with Bruce Jackson, Australia.

• Lettering expert Dean Everson

• Faux Finishing and aging expert Alex Burnett

• Dean Johnstone will be on hand to share his experiences

• We are also hoping to see Brett Larsen who has worked as a set-finisher/scenic artist in the movie industry for 30+years; along with cartoonist Darren Blomfield.

Although with the experiences, skill and shared knowledge of all those who will be in attendance. 

Plan for the weekend.

Friday.

• 9am – 12noon: Workshops: Cartoon, Lettering, Gilding, Faux Finishing; Pin Striping or own projects

• 12noon: Lunch

• 1pm – 6pm: continue with projects

• 6pm: Dinner on site.

Saturday – pretty much the same structure as Friday.  Starting with BBQ Breakfast.  Dinner is off site – CBK, Kaiapoi (5 min walk from workshop).

Sunday – finish projects after BBQ breakfast, wrapping up around 1pm.
